IMPORTANT: Please read this document before using the
software.

Warning: Permission to use the 'E-Publish Viewer' Software
("the software") is conditional upon you, the customer,
agreeing to the terms set out below, do not use the
software until you have read and accepted all the terms
of this licence and wish to become the licensee of
the software. Acceptance shall bind you to the terms
of the licence. Your use of the software will be deemed
to be your acceptance of the following terms. If you
do not wish to accept the terms, return the software
to the Australian Government Publishing Service and
any licence fee you may have paid will be refunded
to you in full.
This licence is between you ("the user") and the Australian
Government Publishing Service ("the supplier") and
entitles the user to use the software in accordance
with the following items.
GENERAL
The software is provided to the user in accordance
with this licence. The software is owned by the Supplier
and is protected by copyright.
PURPOSES OF USE
- The user may use the software in conjunction with a
single CPU on a single hard disk or network (in the
case of network versions).
- The user may make one copy of the software for backup
purposes only.
- The user shall not electronically transfer the software
from one computer to another over a network (unless
a network licence has been purchased).
- The user shall not modify, adapt, translate, rent,
lease, loan, sell, distribute or network the software
or any part thereof.
- The user shall not decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble
or otherwise reduce the programming elements of the
software to a humanly perceivable form.
- The user may only use the software for the purpose
of viewing the contents of the CD-ROM and associated
documentation provided by the supplier as contained
solely on the CD-ROM.
TERM
This licence commences upon payment of the licence
fee and is granted in perpetuity.
WARRANTY
The supplier has taken all care in preparing the software.
The licensee acknowledges that the software cannot
be guaranteed error-free and further acknowledges that
the existence of any errors shall not constitute a
breach of this licence.
The supplier will not be liable for any indirect or
consequential damages arising out of a breach of this
licence or arising out of the supply of a defective
program.
In the event that any statute implies terms into this
agreement which cannot be lawfully excluded, such terms
will limited at the option of the supplier to any one
or more of the following :
- the replacement of the goods to which the breach relates
or the supply of equivalent goods;
- the repair of such goods;
- the payment of the cost of replacing such goods or
of acquiring equivalent goods;
- the payment of the cost of having the goods repaired.
