Summary of cost recovery impact statement

The Department of the Treasury does not presently have any cost recovery arrangements. All receipts from independent sources are excluded for the purposes of the Commonwealth Cost Recovery Guidelines for the Regulatory Agencies as they are related to intergovenmental charging, taxation, or comply with competitive neutrality principles.
