  1. There is no basis on which to estimate state allocations. In this case, the total is notionally allocated on an equal per capita basis.
  2. Estimates of State distributions are subject to further negotiation. From 2008‑09, Landcare is being delivered directly to industry and community groups under the Australian Government's Caring for our country program.
